An historic hotel, Grade 2 listed building first built in the 16th century as an important coaching inn.

The Lansdowne and was also home to a local brewery for a time, and the courtyard still has its medieval brew house.

Sitting proudly in the centre of the busy market town of Calne in Wiltshire, the hotel is located on the A4, just 15 minutes from the M4.

With 26 rooms, all en suite, two function rooms, two bars and a bistro, the Lansdowne is a wonderful place to eat, drink and be merry, with enticing open fires in the winter just calling for visitors to linger in the bar over a meal and a pint of real ale.
